Hearing Rooms

 

We have two hearing rooms. Our rooms are customizable and can be configured into several different seating arrangements including board room style, U-shape, hollow squares, and classroom style. Our largest room seats up to 40 people, depending on the configuration. Each seat has power outlets and will have a dedicated tablet for evidence publication, video conferencing, microphones and cameras.

Boardrooms, Meeting Spaces & More

Additionally, we offer two boardrooms that can seat 8-14 people, as well as two executive offices that can be used for meetings, breakout rooms, virtual hearing suites, and more. There is an additional 240 square foot room that can be set up with desks, a boardroom table, individual tables, or nearly any other layout, upon request.

Additional Facilities

In addition to the hearing rooms, breakout rooms, and boardrooms, there is also a kitchen on site and direct access to numerous waterfront dining options, takeout, and delivery. We are happy to arrange catering, local transportation, airport and hotel transfers, or any other bookings or reservations that you might need. We have 12 dedicated parking spaces available and a number of additional visitor spaces. all on-sit and views of the Caribbean Sea from every room.

Our facilitity is wheelchair accessible and we can provide Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs), Augmentative and Alternative Communication (ACC) devices, and visual alerting systems for use during hearings and meetings at CI-MAC upon request. We have quiet, private rooms available for nursing mothers and those who would like a place for prayer or meditation available 24/7 during proceedings. Meeting Room Rental

 

If you are looking for somewhere to host a meeting or event, our rooms are available for rent at reasonable prices. We offer hourly, half day, or full day rental rates as well as multi-room and multi-day discounts. We can also provide equipment and technical support for virtual and hybrid meetings and events.
